Formview itemupdating new values

i hear about with delphi 7 that i can programming with delphi in .... What I'm really trying to do is access a database, verify a login, and print JSON out to the response. In that method I have the following line of code:e. why do the values dissappear from the Datakey Collection and how can i stop it?i have set the datakeynames values for the formview .......I cannot understand what is wrong with the following code. Find Control("Pass Out Year DDL") Dim Pass Out Date1 As Date Time = Date Time. All I want to do is to change certain values of a Date Time column during Form View updating event. Note that Conflict Detection is set to Compare All Values in the Object Data Source. In brief, LINQ to SQL compares the original value and new value and generates SQL code to update the original object.

This Form View behavior can be problematic when we we need the original object and the modified object to perform an update with conflict detection (see LINQ to SQL example below). Find Control("Pass Out Year DDL") #2 - Dim Pass Out Date1 As Date Time = Date Time. To String) End Sub I think this only works when you are bound to a datasource. '//Your Code #1 - Dim Pass Out Year DDL As Drop Down List = Form View1. To String) "Ros H" I cannot understand what is wrong with the following code. My point is to bind Form View to dataset, all changes should reflect in dataset so I can save it later on.
